Hidden Path Human Design offers online courses, workshops, personalized one-on-one coaching, and digital products designed to help individuals align themselves with their personal goals through human design principles. These Services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, health, or financial advice.

By purchasing digital products from us, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the product for personal use only.

All fees for our Services are due upfront unless a payment plan has been arranged.
We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions, courses, or digital products. For courses, if you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days, please contact us at info@hiddenpathhumandesign.ca for assistance.
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms, and we do not store your payment information.
We take your privacy and data security seriously. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable laws and provide information on the scope of the breach, affected data, and our response actions to mitigate any risks.

The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hidden Path Human Design with respect to our Services. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected.
